PAYMENTS AND REFUND

I will start working on the sleep plan only after the complete payment has been made. Please note that once the payment for the sleep plan is made, the payment is non-refundable.

While I will offer professional sleep advice, it is important to understand that I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. It's essential to acknowledge that individual results may vary.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

Please be aware that if you fail to provide a 24-hour advance notice of cancellation for a scheduled appointment, it may result in additional charges.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Ownership of all materials, resources, and tools provided as part of the sleep consulting program remains with The House of Slumber. You are strictly prohibited from sharing. reproducing, or distributing the sleep plan or any associated materials to third parties without the prior written consent of me.

DISCLAIMER

This is not medical advice. I recommend you discuss this plan with your pediatrician. And if you have medical questions regarding your child, always contact your pediatrician right away.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to hold The House of Slumber harmless and indemnify me from any liability that may arise from your participation in the sleep consulting program.

GOVERNING LAW

The terms and conditions of this sleep consulting program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey.
